How do I create an account? Vex uses your phone number to sign up. You'll receive a one-time verification code by SMS. After verifying, you choose a password for quick logins later.
I'm not receiving voice messages or notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled for Vex in your device Settings, and that you have a network connection. If you use Bluetooth or wired headphones, make sure they're connected before recording.
How do I block or report someone? Open the user's profile and tap "Block" or "Report." You can also report an individual voice message by long-pressing it and choosing "Report message."
How do I delete my account? Go to the Profile tab and tap "Delete Account." This permanently deletes your account and all of your data and cannot be undone.
How do I reset my password? On the login screen, choose the password reset option. You'll verify your phone number by SMS and set a new password.
