These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vex mobile application (the "App"), operated by Robbie Knecht ("Vex," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Vex. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. One account is permitted per phone number.
Vex lets you create and share content, including voice messages, profile information, and a voice intro ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By sharing User Content, you grant Vex a limited license to host, store, and transmit it solely to operate the App and deliver your messages to intended recipients.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it.
Vex has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree that you will NOT use the App to create, send, or share content that is:
You also agree not to harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users.
The App provides tools to block other users and to report objectionable content or abusive users. We review reports and may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove content and suspend or permanently remove users who violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
